Hello! Here’s a little info about me…

My mission is to provide success-driven individuals and couples at home and in business, with a time, a place, and tools, to be “still” long enough to reflect upon the eternal perspective as it relates to the many facets of their life: personal, marital, family, professional, social, spiritual. The Life Coaching I do promotes the opportunity to create a professional partnership to help you realize, strategically plan and put into motion “vision”. Commitment and accountability for life choices and change are paramount.

My style is honest, open, direct, energetic, filled with hope and faith. I have faith in each of us through God’s power and direction to live up to our fullest potential, and to change if that is part of what it takes.

I am your sister in Christ.

Some feel that age matters? Most agree it adds perspective. I am in my mid-50’s.

Multiple roles I have been blessed to be in include:

  • Wife for more than 30 years (married once only to the same wonderful, loyal man)

  • Mom! We have one teen daughter, and two sons (one older, one younger)

  • Daughter (raised by two parents in health care; mom is in her mid 80’s)

  • Sister (I am one of five; 2 gals, 3 guys)

  • Friend

  • Career gal in health care since 1975 educator, nurse, counselor, psychologist
    (in a variety of settings)

  • Education Ph.D. – Counseling Psychology

  • Master’s in Counseling

  • Bachelors in Psychology and Spanish (yes, I am bilingual)

  • Associates in Nursing

Volunteer activities: Church including Bible Study Facilitator, Kid’s Ministry,
Various school projects, events and classroom involvement for the kids
Community Outreach/Support in a variety of areas alongside my husband

Other Interests: Exercise, Outdoors, Hike, Dog Lover, Bike, Ski, Skate, Bible Study, Piano player, Guitar strummer, Gardener, Avid Sports’ Fan (our kids!), Reading, Movies, Art, Travel, Camping, Star and Moon Gazer.
